Thrive AI Routine LLC ("Thrive," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the Thrive mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and account credentials.
• Profile & Routine Data: Your goals, schedules, tasks, habits, and preferences.
• Health & Activity Data: If you grant permission, we access data from Apple Health and Apple Watch — including steps, sleep, heart rate, workouts, and other metrics — to power your routine.
• AI Coach Conversations: Messages you send to the AI Coach feature, used to generate responses.
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app version.
• Usage Data: How you interact with the app, such as features used and screens viewed.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• Generate personalized schedules, recommendations, and coaching responses;
• Track your progress, streaks, and goals;
• Send you notifications, reminders, and service-related communications;
• Improve and develop new features;
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. Health Data

Thrive integrates with Apple HealthKit to read activity, sleep, and other health data you authorize. Health data is processed locally on your device wherever possible. We do not sell health data and we do not use it for advertising. You can revoke access at any time in the Settings app under Health → Data Access & Devices.

4. AI Coach

When you message the AI Coach, your messages are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate a response. Anthropic processes the message according to its own terms and does not train models on your data. We do not store full conversation history beyond what's needed to display it within the app.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, AI providers), under strict confidentiality;
• Legal authorities if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and property.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@thriveairoutine.com. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information to them.

10. International Users

Thrive is operated in the United States. If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you an in-app or email notification. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
